At Moved By The Moment, each item is made to order specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Ordering by mistake
• Color preference

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos showing the issue

We will gladly provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
